What to know before you offer

Pets and rentals. Rentals were listed as allowed in every tower. Listings in 2008 and 2024 Fullerton mostly said no pets; listings in 2012 and 2016 mostly said pets allowed with restrictions. Agents fill these fields in by hand, so ask for the current bylaws before you rely on either.

A building this age. These towers are around 50 years old. Read the depreciation report, two years of council minutes and the contingency fund balance, and ask whether a special levy is planned.

What the fee covers. Listings show heat and hot water in the fee, and some add gas, electricity and the recreation centre. Confirm it on the strata’s Form B.

Amenities. Listings across the towers mention an indoor pool, exercise centre, sauna and hot tub.
